Critique: Khalil Lewis Heavy Object Push Pull

In this animation that character seems to move at a very unnatural looking pace.  The character moves unrealistically slow and then quickly transitions to moving unrealistically fast.  His movements jerk a lot and there are areas where the character is snapping and has not been splined.  To have a successful animation the character would’ve had to flow in a more natural way that would convince the audience that he is actually lifting something.
