Critique: Patty Padilla Sit to Stand

When the character starts to stand up his arms/elbows jump to different locations on his way to his final position and it looks very unnatural.  His joints are constantly snapping and it ruins the believability of the character.  After he stands up, his arms shake rapidly and uncontrollably.  His hands go through his thighs and it looks extremely fake. A little more time spent looking through and fine tuning the animation would have went a long way.
