Design a logo; experiment with repeating lines, create a motion using sequence and progression. Vary the line weight, creating contrast. Describe the speed and how the eye will move around the design. Did yhour line quality engage the viewer emotionally?
Design your name with a specific feeling using contrast, motion, and noise.
This logo was made with smooth curvy lines with varied weight. Visually, it is aesthetically pleasing and relays a calm relaxed look to the viewer. The decorative border makes the logo more interesting and provides the viewer with an easier way to observe the focal point of the logo. The rounded edges in the border also add to the smooth, relaxed feel that this logo emanates. The black and white colors represent that this logo is to be taken seriously. I included nothing too fancy in the logo, for I didn’t want the viewer to be distracted by bright, bold outlandish colors. The monotone appearance provides the logo with a professional look and feel, and serves the purpose that I made it for.
This logo was made with very bold lettering and sharp, jagged edges. It attacks the viewer and brings in their attention with ease. This logo is not to be taken lightly. I tried to make the “M” in the center very large and symmetrical. This was done primarily to provide a point of focus, and to make the logo more visually pleasing. This logo has bright colors to further add to the “pop” factor that this logo provides. This logopacks a punch and can surely draw in a person’s attention.
